In order to minimize the inventories at the customer end and to improve the customer lead times we support the customer by supplying them ready to use assemblies.
The assemblies at our end are as follows: Copper components (BUS Bars) assembled together using bought out components like DMC moldings, hardware and fabricated items.
Induction heating of hubs for providing Shaft hub assembly. We have installed 2 induction heaters with temperature controllers for shrink fitting of the hubs to the shafts.
Supply of assemblies to the customer have yielded lot of benefits to the customer like “ready to use” and inventory reduction.
